After your order is placed, instructions for downloading will be sent. The License will be presented during software download on MyRegistered Software (TI’s software management portal).
Texas Instruments H.264 baseline profile (BP) and main profile (MP) decoder software conforms fully with the H.264 standard from the ITU-T. The H.264 BP and MP decoder offer flexible rate control which allows it to be tuned to support multiple applications, including video conferencing, video surveillance, broadcasting and numerous other end equipments. It features programmable codec parameters that can be optimized for speed or subjective video quality depending on the needs of the end product. The H.264 is highly optimized to a hard standard that supports numerous complex tools and allows for development time savings in terms of years instead of months.

Customized technical support from Authorized Software Providers – To ensure qualified support, TI has established a worldwide network of Authorized Software Providers (ASPs). They support TI-enabled IP and provide customized software and engineering services for digital media applications.
For production codecs (BASIC or AUDIO Bundles), users will be notified of updates when they are available. Downloads will be delivered via myRegistered Software (TI’s software management portal).
For evaluation codecs, the most current version available is delivered at the time of the Evaluation request.
